Day 21 - Inspired by a Color #31DC2015 (Sorbet Nails)

Day 21 - Inspired by a Color
October 25, 2015

Hey everyone,
I am super behind on the challenge, lol. Anyways, today the theme was "Inspired by a Color." I wasn't sure what that meant, but here is my own interpretation of it.
The nail polish color was Mint Sorbet
Since sorbet is a type of ice cream, I decorated my nails with an ice cream cone, etc.

What I used:
Mint Sorbet by Sally Hansen
Presto Pink by Sally Hansen
For the brown, I mixed together Expresso by Sally Hansen and black acrylic paint.

See you :)

Day 20 - Water Marble #31DC2015 (Watermelon)

Day 20 - Water Marble
October 18, 2015

Hey guys,
Yes, I only water marbled one nail because I am super bad at it. Oh, and I also kept the sparkly accent nail from my last mani because it's super hard to remove. Well, at least I'm making progress on the 31 Day Challenge. I can't wait to start doing Halloween Nails ;)

What I used:
Sally Hansen Presto Pink
Sally Hansen Mint Sorbet
Wet n Wild Sparked

Bye,
Grace <3

 Hey everyone,
I am in love with this manicure <3 It's the first time I tried doing a galaxy, and it turned out really pretty... The stars are messed up because I couldn't find my dotting tools :(
All credit goes to Janelle Estep (check her out on YouTube)

What I used:
OPI Rosy Future
Sally Hansen Violet Voltage
Sally Hansen Big Teal
Sally Hansen Presto Pink
Wet n' Wild Sparked
French White Creme ;)

Ciao,

Day 18 - Half Moons #31DC2015 (Simple Half-Moons)

Day 18 - Half Moons
October 18, 2015

Hi everyone,
Sorry I haven't posted in a while :(
To be honest, I had no idea what a half-moon mani was until I looked it up. I added some dots to make the manicure look more interesting. Does it remind anyone else of the Deathly Hallows symbol? No? Just me? Okay.
What I used:
French White Creme

See you,
Grace

Day 17 - Glitter #31DC2015 (Sparkly Nails)

Day 17 - Glitter
October 4, 2015
 Hey everyone,
I am in love with this color, which is Too Yacht to Handle by China Glaze. <3 <3 <3
It's a really gorgeous teal, and I layered a glittery silver polish over it, although you can't really see it in the pictures. I didn't add glitter to my index finger and thumb, creating two accent nails.

What I used:
~Too Yacht to Handle by China Glaze for the base color.
~Out of this World by Sinful Colors as a top coat. (It's really thin, so I used it as a t.c.)

See you next time,
Grace

Here's a closer pic ;)

Day16 - Geometric Nails #31DC2015 (Cross-Stitch Nails)

Day 16 - Geometric

Hi everyone,
For today's theme, I used a stamping tool to create a cross-stich design. For this look, I used Sally Hansen's Big Teal and Ciate Snow Virgin. Although the Ciate Polish was thicker than French White Creme, it kinda messed up the design. I really love the sky - blue color though.
Ciao
Grace
